I pride myself in tackling a lot of jobs other jewelers won't touch. When a customer says that other jewelers can't repair something it makes me want to do it even more. Such was the case with this ring. Several stores turned the customer down because of the complexity of the job and she was surprised when I said yes. Difficult? Yes, but not impossible. A little problem solving and the ring was sized and the customer was elated to wear her ring again.
